My Story

Grace Emasealu, DNP, CRNP-PMH

Grace Emasealu is a dual-certified nurse practitioner. She earned her doctorate with a focus in psychiatric-mental health from the University of Massachusetts Global, Irvine, California. She received her adult primary care degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. She has over 15 years of combined experience as an adult primary care and psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner. She has worked in diverse settings, including urgent care, Federally Qualified Health Centers, corrections, post-acute care, and long-term care settings.

She is passionate about helping clients attain their optimal level of functioning. 

In her leisure, she enjoys taking long walks and sightseeing.

My Story

Brandy Cloud, DNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, LCPC, AAHIVM-S.

Brandy Cloud is a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner. She is also a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She spent the last 13 years as an active-duty officer with the United States Public Health Service. She has provided care across the lifespan in various settings, including rural, urban, disaster, and emergency areas, throughout the country. She began her career in mental health as a licensed therapist before becoming a nurse practitioner. She has over 17 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges, utilizing a holistic approach. She is warm, collaborative, and roots her care in respect for her clients’ unique journeys.

She uses a person-centered approach, ensuring that interventions are guided by clients’ needs, values, and goals. She utilizes evidence-based, integrative practices to create a space where healing and growth can occur, empowering clients to achieve their best sense of wellbeing. She collaborates with clients to set meaningful goals and find practical ways to help them move forward.

She specializes in helping people who are navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, life transitions, stress, postpartum, perimenopause/menopause, PTSD, and other common health concerns. Whether a client is feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not quite like themselves, beginning this journey can be a powerful step toward wellness, clarity, confidence, and connection.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, 2 kids, and dogs. She finds joy in being outdoors and getting lost in a good book. She truly enjoys getting to know her clients and feels honored to be part of their journey.
